“Amoahbia” means independent woman, the name comes from one of the oldest African peoples on the continent, the Ashanti (Ghana). A name that embodies the promoters' desire to unite different peoples through art, music and food.
Amoahbia is a Festival dedicated to independent women, in its fourth edition with the participation of international artists in the following areas: music, street performances, gastronomy and circus. The cultural proposal is innovative and includes cuisine experiences from around the world, intercultural workshops, speeches with international prominent names, expo (international and local craft fair) and many cultural artistic performances.
